Our growth model is largely centered around developing products around the vulnerable sector of the society i.e. women and youth. Our farms employ 2 people per hectare making room for an average of 20 women and youths in a 10-hectare farm. Our empowerment model equally allows farmers gain new farming skills and a profit share of the final output form each location.
